Excellent Massager, Exceptional Customer Service!!

My husband loves this massager!! Unfortunately it had a power issue, BUT no worries!! I emailed customer service. They replaced his within 5 days!! Great product and exceptional customer service!!

wish i had this months ago

It was easy to set up and use. The 1st time I tried it I used it for 15 minutes. I had both heat and vibrations. After just 15 minutes I felt noticeable relief. It did not "cure" my back issues but did make my evening more pleasant. It comes with a nice reusable cardboard box with plastic handle. It was comfortable to sit on. It heated up nicely in about 10 minutes or less. I would recommend it to anyone with backpain.

Ability to warm whole back area at one time! The massage is very smooth! Not painful at all.
