Meets expectations with a few improvement opportunities

I mainly purchased this product for the relief. The massager was just an added benefit that I figured I would never use. I am happy with the amount of heat this gives off. I did start using the massager occasionally as it feels nice.
Improvement areas:
Auto off after 30 minutes is too quick. Extend it to an hour at least.
No way to turn on the heat only. Have to turn on power, click both heat buttons, then turn off massager

It's like heaven in a chair

It is the best massager ever. I got it for my 85 yr. old mother for her birthday.
Although I use it as well. We both have back and shoulder pain, it is fabulous. I love all the settings available and the heat. I also like how it shuts off after 30 minutes. The Value for the money is excellent. It is so comfortable, I cannot say enough about it

Comfortable cushioning

I purchased this as a gift, & the recipient is very pleased. The different vibration modes provide soothing relief, & the heat function is adequate.
I would recommend this cushion for purchase.

Healthy Indulgence

I treated myself to this chair massager- something to look forward to after working in the yard and around the house. Perfect time of year for the heat function, especially! It feels so good! There are lots of different types of vibration patterns to choose from, some stronger than others. You can adjust the intensity as well. I have it on a comfy recliner, and although it stops automatically after 30 minutes, it’s easy to push a button and go another 30.
