A great relaxation tool

I love using this for a while at night after doing my stretching. Set this up in my bed & read or watch TV for a bit while enjoying relaxing massage, & the timer is great if I fall asleep. The only reason a 3 for pain, I can't address that issue since thankfully that's something I don't have serious issue with.
