We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. In no case shall BODY HEALTH TEC, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Warranty Disclaimer: Body Health Tec explicitly DISCLAIMS any EXPRESS WARRANTY, the IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, and the IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE in connection with any product purchased from Body Health Tec. 

SECTION 14 - INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless BODY HEALTH TEC and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

SECTION 15 - SEVERABILITY

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

SECTION 16 - TERMINATION

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.
These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.
If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).

SECTION 17 - REFUND POLICY

• You have 14 days from the date of delivery to complete a one time exchange of your massage accesories for equal or greater value.  
• We have a 30% restocking fee for all orders.  
• The buyer is responsible for shipping the massage chair back to our facility.  The cost of shipping must be paid by buyer prior to initiating an exchange.  
• The product must be in its original packaging and accompanied by the original receipt of purchase.
• Free shipping will still be included with the new massage chair being purchased.  
• Worldwide shipping rates vary based off your location and desired service.  Estimates for Worldwide delivery fees can be provided at the customer's request prior to initiating an exchange.
• We do not offer full returns of our massage chairs

BodyHealthTec explicitly DISCLAIMS any EXPRESS WARRANTY, the IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, and the IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE in connection with any product purchased from BodyHealthTec. By obtaining this receipt, you acknowledge your receipt and understanding of this disclaimer.

Returns & Cancellations:  We offer the option to cancel your order on all our small items (including but not limited to massage guns and other massage accessories) prior to shipment.  Due to the specialty order nature of our products, we do not offer cancellations, returns, refunds or exchanges outside specific programs listed on this page.  If you find any issues with your product upon inspection during your delivery you must notify your delivery driver and notate the defect on the delivery manifest.  In the case there is damage please send photos and a description of the issue along with your order number to support@bodyhealthtec.com.  Please include your order number, a description of the problem and any photo or video documentation.  Please allow up to 72 hours for a response.

Refused Shipments:

If you choose to refuse the shipment of any or all of your products including but not limited to, massage chairs and accessories you will incur freight charges (outgoing and return costs) plus a 30% restocking fee will apply to your order. Any free accessories offered as part of your purchase will be charged at their full retail value.  A refund minus freight charges both ways and a 25% restocking fee will be issued once the product has been returned to its point of origin.  In the case a chargeback is issued you understand and accept that these fees are owed to BodyHealthTec against the balance of your order.

Lifestyle Products: All massage chair sales are final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled. Massage Chairs, Specialty Chairs and Adjustable bases are considered lifestyle solutions. As a result, massage chairs and adjustable bases are NOT eligible for exchange or return for any reason. BodyHealthTec does not offer any express or implied warranties on lifestyle products

Section 18 Text Marketing and notifications:

By subscribing to Body Health Tec text notifications, you agree to receive automated marketing text messages from us about our products and services at the phone number you provided when you subscribed, and that the messages may be sent via an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Message frequency is recurring. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT to opt-out and HELP for customer support. You may receive an additional text message confirming your decision to opt out. You understand and agree that attempting to opt-out by any means other than texting the opt-out commands above is not a reasonable means of opting out.

By entering your phone number in the checkout and initializing a purchase, subscribing via our subscription form or a keyword, you agree that we may send you text notifications (for your order, including abandoned cart reminders) and text marketing offers. Text marketing messages will not exceed 30 a month. You acknowledge that consent is not a condition for any purchase.

If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving text marketing messages and notifications, reply with STOP to any mobile message sent from us or use the unsubscribe link we provided you with in any of our messages. You understand and agree that alternative methods of opting out, such as using alternative words or requests, will not be accounted as a reasonable means of opting out. SECTION 19 - SHIPPING POLICY

 

All the standard shipping protocols are followed by BodyHealthTech to ensure you receive premium quality products at your doorstep without any hassle at the earliest possible time.

Shipping Charges

We offer massage chairs delivery across the United States and other parts of the world upon request. Therefore, shipping charges vary depending upon the geographical location. Our quality assurance team makes sure that your ordered goods reach you safely, without any damage or anything that can cause displeasure. We double wrap and pack them for safety purposes. We also ship some of our select products without any shipping cost to our customers.

Delivery Time

We follow the best practices when it comes to goods delivery, safety, and quality. Once you place the order for your massage chair, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Once, the preliminary checks are passed, then we ship your ordered item which takes around 14 to 30 business days depending upon the shipping address location.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched and shipped, you will receive an order tracking number through which you can track your order round the clock. If any assistance is required or queries, feel free to reach out to BodyHealthTec because your comfort and convenience are our top priority.
